1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "Platform" means the bw29 website accessible at bw29.app, including all games, features, tools, and services made available therein.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the bw29 Platform.
• "Player" or "User" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the bw29 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's bw29 Account, including real-money deposits and any credited bonus funds where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, or other incentives credited to a Player's Account by bw29, subject to separate bonus terms.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any real-money stake placed by a Player on any game or event available on the Platform.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body overseeing gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "Prohibited Person" means any individual who is under 21 years of age, located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, or otherwise ineligible to use the Platform under these Terms.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the bw29 Platform — whether by visiting the website, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing a Wager — you unconditionally accept these Terms and any additional policies incorporated herein by reference, including the bw29 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

These Terms apply to all Players regardless of the device used to access the Platform, including desktop computers, mobile phones, and tablets. bw29 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.

3 Eligibility

To register and use the bw29 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine gambling regulations.
• You are a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful and not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of bw29, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the bw29 Platform or any other gaming platform under a self-exclusion arrangement that remains in effect.
• You are not a Prohibited Person as defined in Section 1 of these Terms.

bw29 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts that cannot be verified as meeting the eligibility requirements will be suspended pending investigation, and any funds held in such accounts will be dealt with in accordance with applicable regulations.

4 Account Registration

To access the full features of the bw29 Platform, you must create an Account by completing the registration process. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep that information updated at all times.

One Account Policy: Each Player is permitted to hold only one active Account on bw29. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. bw29 employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate Accounts. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, bw29 reserves the right to close all associated Accounts, void any pending or settled Wagers, and forfeit any Balances held therein.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. bw29 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify bw29 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

Identity Verification (KYC): bw29 is required to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawals and in certain other circumstances. You may be asked to provide a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's licence, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested may result in Account suspension and the withholding of withdrawals pending compliance.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the bw29 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). bw29 supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the cashier page from time to time.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are generally credited to your Account Balance instantly or within a short processing window depending on the payment method used. bw29 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification as described in Section 4. The minimum withdrawal amount and processing times are as stated on the cashier page. bw29 will process withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering requirements.

Anti-Money Laundering: bw29 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. All transactions are monitored. bw29 reserves the right to request additional documentation, delay, or refuse any transaction that it reasonably suspects may be connected to money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity. Such cases may be reported to the relevant Philippine authorities.

• Funds deposited into your bw29 Account must be used for gaming purposes and not for the purpose of holding or transferring funds.
• bw29 does not pay interest on Account Balances.
• Deposits made in error must be reported to bw29 support immediately. bw29 will make reasonable efforts to reverse erroneous deposits but cannot guarantee recovery in all cases.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

bw29 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published at the time of each promotion, which form part of these Terms.

Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and expiry period will be clearly stated in the promotion terms. Wagers placed on certain game types (such as live dealer games or sports betting) may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward wagering requirements.

Bonus Abuse: bw29 reserves the right to void Bonus Funds and any winnings derived therefrom, and to suspend or close Accounts, where it determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk or hedged bets to meet wagering requirements, and exploiting errors or loopholes in bonus terms.

Withdrawal of Real Funds: Where a Player's Account contains both real-money funds and Bonus Funds, real-money funds may generally be withdrawn at any time subject to verification requirements. Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds may only be withdrawn after applicable wagering requirements have been met.

7 Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the bw29 Platform — including slots, live dealer games, bingo, and sports betting markets — are governed by individual game rules published within each game or game category. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail except where the game rules expressly provide otherwise.

Random Number Generation: All slot and table game outcomes on bw29 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems supplied by bw29's game providers. These systems are independently audited to ensure fairness and unpredictability. bw29 does not manipulate game outcomes.

Live Dealer Games: Live dealer games are streamed in real time from professional studio environments. The outcomes of live dealer games are determined by physical game elements (cards, roulette wheels, dice) and are not subject to RNG systems. bw29 is not responsible for interruptions to live game streams caused by factors outside its reasonable control, including internet connectivity issues on the Player's end.

Sports Betting: Sports betting markets on bw29 cover events including PBA, NBA, UFC, international boxing, and sabong. Odds are subject to change up until the commencement of an event. bw29 reserves the right to void bets placed on events that are cancelled, postponed beyond a specified period, or affected by circumstances that materially alter the nature of the event.

Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game or bet, bw29 reserves the right to void the affected Wager and return the staked amount to the Player's Account. bw29 will not be liable for any losses claimed to result from a malfunction.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bw29 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, voiding of Wagers, and referral to the relevant Philippine authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, verification, or at any other time.
• Underage Gambling: Accessing or attempting to access the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating or operating more than one Account, whether directly or through a third party.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly poker or other competitive formats.
• Use of Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated means to place Wagers or interact with the Platform.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting software errors, glitches, or pricing mistakes to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to launder money or finance any illegal activity, in violation of Philippine anti-money laundering laws.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment reversals with your bank or payment provider in respect of deposits made to bw29.
• Interference: Attempting to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to the Platform's systems, servers, or networks.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the bw29 Platform — including but not limited to the bw29 name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game content, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of bw29 or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of bw29.

Any unauthorised use of bw29's intellectual property may result in legal action. If you believe that any content on the Platform infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact bw29 support with full details of your claim.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, bw29 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.

bw29's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their bw29 Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bw29 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. bw29 will use reasonable endeavours to maintain Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude bw29's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

bw29 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

bw29 collects personal data that is necessary for the operation of your Account, the processing of transactions, the fulfilment of regulatory obligations (including KYC and AML requirements), and the improvement of the Platform. bw29 does not sell your personal data to third parties.

You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data held by bw29, subject to applicable legal and regulatory retention requirements. To exercise these rights, please contact bw29 support.

12 Responsible Gaming

bw29 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations in this area seriously. bw29 recognises that gambling can become problematic for some individuals and provides a range of tools to help Players manage their gaming activity.

Available Tools: All registered Players may access the following responsible gaming tools through their Account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your bw29 Account.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session, after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Loss Limits: Set a cap on the amount you are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks) to take a break from gaming.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the bw29 Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

13 Termination & Suspension

bw29 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms by the Player.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Player.
• A regulatory requirement or direction from PAGCOR or another competent authority.
• The Player is determined to be a Prohibited Person.

Upon termination of an Account for reasons other than breach or suspected illegal activity, any verified real-money Balance remaining in the Account will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

Where an Account is terminated due to breach of these Terms or suspected illegal activity, bw29 reserves the right to withhold the Account Balance pending investigation and, where appropriate, to report the matter to the relevant Philippine authorities.

Players may also close their own Account at any time by contacting bw29 support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any verified real-money Balance will be returned as described above.

14 Amendments to These Terms

bw29 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, bw29 will notify Players by posting a notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the email address registered to the Player's Account.

The updated Terms will take effect from the date of publication on the Platform unless a later effective date is specified. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute between you and bw29, you are encouraged to contact bw29 support in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. bw29 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes promptly and fairly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall prevent bw29 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where necessary to protect its rights.

For disputes relating to the regulatory aspects of bw29's operations, Players may also raise concerns with PAGCOR through the appropriate regulatory channels.
